With my head on the pillow,

I ramble in the night.

I'm trying to sleep,

but my mind shines bright.

 

Emotions and feelings,

rush through my head.

I am serene and calm,

as I lay in my bed.

 

Thinking of love,

if I'll ever find a wife.

Wondering greatly,

about the meaning of life.

 

So here I am,

all by myself.

Not caring much,

for material wealth.

 

All I need,

Is one to call mine.

When that comes,

I can say "my life is fine".
