I made a pencil drawing of Rainbow Dash

 

I had a hard time drawing the cutie mark, so there's no cutie mark, sorry guys.

Good job, especially for a pencil sketch. Her legs are kind of short for the rest of her body, but the mane, face and tail look great. I think the best part is the eyes. That's exactly how they look when she's angry.

Thats a bombastic drawing. I think the wing placement might be a tad off and her neck appears awkward but other than that its great. i think it deserves a caption

Wow, it looks really good. Probably the one thing I wish was there was her cutie mark, but if it's hard to draw, it doesn't really matter. 9/10, keep drawing.

If you had trouble drawing the cutie mark, that's all the more reason that you should. The more you do it the better you get

 

As for the critique! 

 

Really nice drawing, especially for a pencil drawing. I especially like the face expression. She seems very concentrated on something. And you did a very good job on the tail shading - it's hard to draw rainbows with pencil! (I should know, I drawn nothing but rainbows the first quarter of the school year). The legs (at least the shape) and wing placement are fine, despite what someone said in another post. 

 

Ok, I'm done with the ass-pats.  

Her left wing is a little bent, making it look broken. If you were to look at her on Google, you would notice that her wings never bend like that. There are two other things that bother me: the legs and the torso. The torso is much, much, much too small, as are the legs. The torso needs to be longer horizontally and the legs need to be thicker and longer vertically. Not to mention the back legs look squeezed together - open them up a bit. 

 

Yeah, that's about it. You have potential! Keep drawing~!

Very good pencil drawing. It reminds me that I can't draw on paper at all, and all my talents lie in image manipulation, which doesn't count as art at all. *Proceeds to cry in emo corner*

 

All ranting aside, however, great drawing. The legs are a bit short, but you nailed the mane and tail.

The only real critique I could give is the legs feel a big small, even if she is crouching.

I think you did a great job! I CANNOT draw like that! The only advice I give is to make her legs longer, but thats all! Other than that, perfect! Some people are toooo corrective. I know they are trying to give advice, but seriously, why does EVERY LITTLE THING need to be perfect? I think its already perfect! Lovee ittt! xx
