What Element of Harmony do you feel is the most difficult to keep?

 

I will not go on about the question further, it explains itself enough.

 

Do you find if difficult to keep...

Honesty? Not lying to friends and others?

Generosity? Being willing to give, even if the sacrifice is difficult?

Kindness? Being kind and forgiving to those who oppose you, or those who you dislike?

Loyalty? Not chosing sides, always being there for friends even on your own time?

Humor/Laughter? Keeping a sense of humor and willing to spend time with your friends

Or do you just have trouble with every aspect of the magic of friendship?

For me... It would be, honesty, loyalty, and kindness...

 

I'm always lying about something and always cussing at my friends... And I almost never show up at places I'm suposte to be at.

Good question, and very tricky. I might say loyalty though, just for the sheer potential of it being able to be used against itself. How do you be entirely loyal in a situation where you are forced to chose between friend, family, and country? No matter what, you can't be there for everyone all the time.

 

Of course trying to keep any of them entirely would drive me batty .

Generosity. I can get pretty stubborn when it comes to who gets what. Then again, I find myself giving up positions and thinking low of myself.

Honesty for sure, not just saying this because Applejack's my favorite, that would be stupid. I find myself lying almost casually most of the time. 

 

Teacher: Evelyn. Did you forget your homework again? 

 

Me: I'm sorry. I'm so, so sorry...I didn't have time to work on it because yesterday I had a fever.

 

In truth: Was aware, but too lazy to do it. Yes, this was an actual scenario.

 

Applejack lied in the Last Roundup...she found it too, too difficult to tell the truth...to face humiliation and disappointment...I can't imagine how she must have felt. 

 

The other elements are easy, particularly loyalty. Obviously you like your friends and stuff, so it's easy to stand by them.

Just humour and laughter. It's not that I think negatively or anything and I can in fact make people laugh but it's not something that comes natural to me. I may be laid back but I'm a fairly serious person and usually keep to myself. I have zero problems with the others.

Honesty.

 

Almost my entire brony-ness is based in my nocturnality (I can escape everyday stresses of life and school and family), but only one of my parents even knows that I stay up until liek 4 every night, and i don't really ask his permission before doing so. :\

 

However, I still keep up my good grades in school, and nap during the day to catch up on sleep, so it's all good and schtuff.

I've always been kind of stingy with my generosity. I've never exactly been starving out in the cold, but I've never had much and I'm very fussy about what I do have. If I have excess I'll share, but otherwise you're going to have to pry it from my cold, dead hands or guilt me with a crying baby or little old lady.

I'm not the best with honest to be honest, I mean I don't think anybody goes a day without lieing. However Loyalty can be hard, especially when its between two different friends or even family. So thats another hard one.

 

Kindness can sometimes be difficult ironically for me. I can't always be kind to people, even if I'm kind for the most part, I have times where I just randomly lose it and lash out at people.

 

Generosity can be pretty hard to, depending on what it is. Although I'm normally pretty good with it, about as good as I am with kindness. Still nobody can really be perfect in any of them.

 

Only one I don't really have any troubles with is Laughter, I'm such a jokster about everything .

For me, it's kindness and laughter. I'm pretty sensitive and open to tears. If someone is mean to me, I'll get very upset and hold grudges that only fade away over time. And whenever I'm down, I can never think of any happy thoughts and anything I draw, my emotions are made obvious.

Honesty is probably hardest for myself.  It's less that I outright lie to people and more that I never tell anyone everything.  I figure that if I tell them enough to satisfy them, it's all good.  That often backfires though, because then I internalize everything, which kind of sucks.

Laughter, actually.

 

It's quite difficult to be optimistic all the time, and being the element of laughter implies you do just that. Plus, Pinkie isn't supposed to be happy and bouncy all the time, when the other ponies are supposed to represent their elements all the time (with maybe the exception of Rarity)

Okayy, sooo im not the best at honesty. But I think i represent the element of harmony: laughter. I do find myself as a humourous person. (did i spell that right? o.O)

I'm always making my bff laugh and make sure to show her the bright side of things when shes feeling down!

Kindness, I am not usually cruel by nature but have a bit of a temper and if I get angry enough my inner monster can sometimes come out and it is not pretty.
