Lila nodded, "I'll try." she lied. She actually planned to stay in the room the whole day after she finished her work and watch TV with Arrow. She was glad she was able to afford a TV now that she had a part time job at the clothing store down town. "Well you two have fun playing in the snow i guess. I might go out and get some breakfast later, so maybe ill run into you guys." she said with a faint smile as Cascade headed out the door.

Rambler was sitting in the lounge for a few minutes before he heard the door opening and turned to see Cascade walking out. He walked over and greeted her with a hug.

 

"Well, you're looking beautiful as ever. Is Lila not coming?"

(If is this somehow against the previous events, scream at me and make me edit it, because thanks to the time lap, it's hard for me to make a meaningful reply after three pages of new replies.)

Coco trotted outside, and decided to give flying a shot, even though it's not the best way of traveling in snow. To her surprise, there was a lot of ponies outside, playing with snow.. but she doesn't percieve anything while on a way, especially with a head full of thoughts about the slime pony.

She put on her flying goggles, hiding her optic goggles behind her bow, and slowly took off. She looked like a sun bouncing in a white snowing morning.

The flight was to her surprise quite smooth, but didn't last long. She suddenly heard a desperate cries for help. All she could see without her glasses was a dark shady blurry dot. She fastly got down while putting on her normal glasses, and landed next to that dot, which turned into a mare. Her hooves were frozen...

"Is it.. even possible? After this morning, anything is possible..."

"Oh crap.. I wish I had a magic horn.." she said. "Don't worry, I'll get you out of there somehow."

She started looking around for some rock or something which she could use. Suddenly, she saw another, bigger and sharper dot. This time purple, in colour of late cherries. She trotted closer. What was important was that the dot had a horn. It wasn't a dot after all. It was a colt.

"Hey!" she shouted and dashed to him. "No time for questions. Please, follow me." she said and trotted back to the grey mare, her fiery mane floating behind her.

Slide let Lite lay down on the couch and went over to find Diamond amd Nightfall. "She....she should be fine," he said, stutterring as she saw her slightly limp on the couch. "She justs needs some rest, hopefully she'll be okay by the time we leave." Slide felt the need to take care of her. He didn't know whether it was because he found her attractive or that he just felt reponsible and guilty.

((OOC: Yep, that's the plan all along.))

 

Lite was carried back to the dorms by Slide, as she was laid on a couch.

 

Lite couldn't keep the room from spinning for a few more moments, until she could finally focus on a point on the ceiling. That meant that was she was totally fine now, as she looked to see where Diamond, Nightfall, or Slide went.

 

"I'm back in the dorms? What... Oh, right... I got pelted by snow... Slide? Are you here?"

Diamond placed her hoof on the ground and nodded. "Um...Ok." She said. She turned around and intertwined her tail with Nightfall's. "Lets go get some muffin's." She said, happily trudging through the deep snow. "Well...That was kinda awkward." She said, shaking all the snow off her wings.

"It was..."

He shook the snow off of him, trying not to get any on Diamond.

"Do you think that's how ponies now-a-days are raised..? You know, without too many manners?"

"Do you think, if we get married, we could change that? ... Why am I already thinking of marriage with her?"

"But let's not talk about them. Today I have decided to do something fun if you are interested. I assume you have heard of swing dancing ?"

"Couldn't talk her into it," Cascade said, spirit somewhat hampered, and barely acknowledging the compliment with a faint smile, as usual. "She promised she'd get out from behind those dusty old books at some point today, though. If you ask me," she said, voice dropping conspiratorially as they began to walk, "She's bitten off a few more classes than she can chew."

She shrugged. "I dunno. Maybe so. But my mother always used to say that if you want to be treated nicely than you need to treat others nicely...I mean...She was a huge bitch. Pardon the expression but my parents were...obnoxious rich ponies who had no interest in having a foul." She said, sniffing slightly.

But... Still shivering and stuck shade waited. She was forced changed into her changeling forum form the loss of energy...

Lila sat at her desk, numerous books and papers scatered about it. She was working on two things at once levitating her pens and papers, scribbling on them trying to complete her work before it was due. She wished Arrow would get here faster and pull her away from all this work so she could relax. Taking a look outside Lila felt the urge to go out into the snow and skip around in it until she was too tired to get up. She let out a small sigh as she set the papers down and began to move about the room, and thoughts about showing up for work also popped into her mind even though today was her day off. All of it so tempting but she had to get her work done before any of that. Fortunately its almost complete.

Cascade nodded slowly, and pulled her dark red scarf tighter about her. It was frigid outside today, although she smiled faintly at the energetic snowball fight that had erupted outside the hall. She would have been willing to watch for a while, or even participate, but she wanted to keep the snow off her wings, which would start molting if any snow melted on them. They shivered slightly, exposed as they were, and Cascade pressed up against Rambler as they walked, appreciating his warmth as their tails intertwined.

Arcane wasn't inclined to following a pony he had never seen before, but if somepony else was in trouble, then he guessed it was worth the chance. He followed the mare and looked around at all the other ponies that were playing in the snow. 'I guess everypony really likes snow'

She looked behind her to make sure the colt is following her. She ran back to the mare. It was obvious that she's changed since the last time she saw her: Her wings reminded her of a fly, she had a horn, there was a shell on her back, her ears were scruffy and there were holes in her hooves.

"Oh..."

She was more curious than shocked and scared. Too much extraordinary stuff happened around her that day. She shoke her head, trying to forget about this fact.

"Can you do some melting spells, please? She's stucked." she asked the colt after a second.

Arcane chuckled and looked at the pony in the snow. "What? Too lazy to use your breath to melt the snow? It would only take all day, but hey, it works" he said sarcastically. Arcane sighed and concentrated so the snow melted around the pony. "There you go, I don't see how you could get stuck, but okay."
