I was named by the esteemed and powerful Duke Golden Staff himself. I offer him advice when necessary. And yes, I do talk. I am quite a few years old. I don't often like to talk to other ponies than my master but I suppose this is an exception. I was first enchanted by Clover the Clever several hundred years ago, back then, my name was Polybius.
