I feel its my fault why this thread might have derailed for a while, did not know there was a tulpa thread so posted my questions here so I will take the L for this one my bad.

I blame myself . I started talking about how i developed a Fluttershy tulpa and it built off of that.

No interesting stories. Mainly because I fell asleep half way through the RD file.

-I did feel like the room was spinning a bit.

- I felt some sensation in my hands, but not my feet.

I guess I had the trance going before I fell asleep.

 

I did wake up an hour later with a horrible stomach pain.

I was going to attempt the file again, but I was too tired.

I hate homework as well. I might post a status update or post something on here later. I did a fluttershy session a few hours ago and.......it felt different........in fact i feel different now. I'll post later about my last experience with the session

I can't concentrate on the file. Like, at all.

I listen to the first 10 minutes, then my mind starts to wander. Then like a minute or two later I remember about the file and I listen to 10 more seconds, and so on.

Which is weird because I'm not really worried/excited about anything, I'm quite calm :v

This is normal. It's a good thing. All you really need to do is sit back and relax to let the changes flow through you.

How'd your session go?

 

As for me, I can see something's happening. Saying the key phrase kind of sends a "burst of energy" through my body (I don't know how to explain it :v). When it goes away, nothing at all changes (physically). However, I do tend to be more rational and less euphoric untill I say the "switch back" phrase. Plus, that library just across the roads looks more inviting :V

 

Not to mention my parents came back home with... a book for me. The last time I read a book was two years ago and they don't know about the hypnosis. That's a weird coincidence.

Well once my twilightstate becomes a thing, she'll have something to read at least :V

Is there a shorter version of the twilight file? I have the induction BGM but that's 42 min long, is there a shorter version of it? I will going to do a session tomorrow morning (because i am still relaxed at that time)

Because I really can't focus listening to a file for such a long time, Well i can but sometimes i will get tired of it, it will distract me

Ah thanks but I decided to try sticking to the 42 min because everything is kinda there but I'll check the 20 min too

Btw I saw your post above and i say you are amazing that you dedicated yourself this far now, you can even talk to fluttershy and i like to congratulate you . try to communicate with her more in your mind maybe there will be some development fluttershy will go through.

It was fluttershy in my room. Normally i wouldn't be able to remember myself in the flutterstate but this time i was able to see it but instead of seeing myself in my room it was fluttershy instead.

Actually i do believe that it is possession due to my fluttershy tulpa (i rather not start a tulpa conversation. Lets just stick to hypnosis). It happens a lot but it relaxes me.......even though fluttershy is in control
