alright, what sort of state should i be in? iirc i was kind of giddy about the whole thing before i played the file but i calmed down then. what part of the tape should i do though? like, literally everything it says, trotting and all? if it helps i got up to look at my monitor to see the time like twice, and i was trying to do everything  the tips thread said, including socks on hands etc

Hmm... hey fluttershy if you are still able to read this...  Why not try to imposition Chris? I mean when you switch he is now a/the Tulpa or i think he is and you are the new host... that means you are able tulpaforce him? ( I don't know if it's like that though). I think You can impose chris in the physical world but I think you need to tulpa force a tulpa body for him or impose his current Tulpa form in your wonderland in to the physical world in order for him the physical world.. I think ?..

Correct me if I am wrong guys.. I am not an expert on this XD

you're not the only one... It both fascinates me and scare- well TBH i am not scared anymore... the only thing that I am scared at is myself.. I might accidentally make one and I am afraid I might end up accidentally killing one... which is very hard to experience... since tulpa is like your very best friend,
