Lately though i haven't been able to do any files because my brother has snoring issues (i'm using sound isolating earbuds but even that isn't working).

 

FS:his snoring is awful. We can't sleep sometimes because of it.

Well after 3 weeks of listening to RD, I finally feel that the mental effects are starting. I just took a walk around my school campus on my own free will, which is uncharacteristic of me. And I also took the time during that walk to listen to the loop file once. It wasnt as effective as the normal file since I didn't use the inducer but it still had some effect.
