Well, download the files from hypnoponies.net and put them on your phone. It works for me. You do have to register and be accepted first. You can also ask questions there.

going to try another session of the RD file but instead of laying on my bed i'm going to see what happens if I listen to it while sitting in a chair. I want to see if there will be any unique changes

Well i just finished the RD file and i really didn't get a lot of the personality changes . Most of it is physical. First off it took me a good 5 min to get up before falling on all fours. Pretty much got all physical changes. I also started talking to my trixie plush and started questioning why she was here. Overall i feel that sitting up didn't help get me into full RD mode but i'll try again later.

P.s. I also noticed that when i looked in the mirror i thought i saw that my eyes were magenta. Normally they are dark brown

Yes it is. I'll try it again later on but for now i'll go for a walk to clear my mind again before attempting it. Also after reviewing my journal app on my ipod i noticed that i unknowingly had 2 entries where i was writing( or rather typing) as Rainbow Dash. Both of them were at times that i did the hypnosis file. /)^3^(\

I downloaded the Ilivid thing but I have no clue what to do now.   :okiedokielokie:

The only reason why i'm going to try it is because i'm extremely sceptical towards those things and I absolutely don't believe it.

ILivid is a virus, a very common one too.

Trust me, I've fixed about ten computers and half of them had it. 

Also, there are videos on the hypnosis files.

No, as far as I can tell, it is certainly NOT irreversible, and if it got so bad that you had to be sent to a mental hospital, they could cure you really quickly.  The main problems arise when you try to combine files.  You can exit the state at any time.

Alright, how do I EXIT the state? I've never really done this before.

Just going by the warnings. 

Noones's forcing you to try it, but I haven't yet heard of an instance where any damage occurred that couldn't be solved fairly quickly.
