ooc Summer Solstice Garden Ball (Social/Romantic RP, come on in)

Once a year, the Royal Sisters open their gardens to a select group of guests. For one night all of life's troubles and obligations are forgotten among the lampion-lid hedge mazes, statues and pavilions.

Music and the fragrance of a hundred different flowers fill the air while fireflies circle above the guests.

Magic is truly in the air this night and tomorrow does seem an eternity away...

 

 

I find the lack of Gala-esque RPs disturbing, so I'm starting my own (if there's enough interest that is)

 

RP thread is up.

 

Rules:

-No alicorns (griffons, zebras ect. are okay though)

-Nothing too naughty (rule of thumb: nothing involving more than one bodily fluid)

-No (real life) religion or politics

-To avoid awkwardness, contact people here, before interacting with them in the RP, to make sure they're on board

About the dress, I think I will just go with a normal formal Asian black dress. I prefer to be naked though.

If you ditch the him being human/alicorn angle why not!. Just make him an Earthpony mercenary or something. (Came to Equestria to have some peace after years abroad.)

I wonder why some ponies don't want just to be a normal citizen of Ponyville with an ordinary background.

If you get closer to Asnee Hoof and suddenly defeat him in a random hoof-to-hoof melee fight, that's not funny at all.

Seriously, I'm an expert martial art who have my own style in real life and Asnee Hoof is my ponysona from outside.

 

Some people have some talents and flaws (note that "some" part). For me, it's martial art. Flaws? Drawing.

Ehm, if he hasn't got wings or horn anymore, whats the point of making him an alicorn? I don't want to be an ass, but that seems a bit like Mary Sue-ism.

 

Tell you what, you make him an earthpony for the purpose of this RP and he doesn't have to go around in a wedding gown anymore:

 

 

 

 

 

Also, Joan will take the first fight as an excuse to ditch her dress, and bring the armored hoof of the law down hard.
