Splinter said while taking a deep breath. ''Now what?'' Splinter asked as if he had just arrived. He jumped at the nearby crashing sound. ''Is somepony hurt?!'' Splinter said while beginning to sweat.

Dreamwish hit the tree with a thunk, and it tipped over, bringing a couple more down with it, making a tiny clearing. She shrugged and tied a rope she brought around the tree, pulling it toward the camp site as hard as she could. In five minutes she only made it move one inch, and the site was a yard away.

"Yeah...this place is excellent..."

"Stop kissing her flank, Gears!"his worse side said.

"I'll set up over by those big rocks...I also need to test something out..."

He galloped over there and threw the Insta-Tent on the ground, and it quickly began inflating. He smiled and levitated his water bottle to his mouth and drank. It inflated to roughly the size of a small shack, and he walked into it.

"At least it didn't explode or burst into flames"

There was a small bed and a small table there, and he made sure everything was fine and trotted out.

Electro Dash noticed Dream struggling to move a tree. It was amusing a most. She went over to taunt her. "bet your regretting bringing a hammock now arnt you? and ive heard there may be rain later in the week. You going to LOVE that!!" she started laughig aloud before sighing and calling the ohers over. "any of you wanna help with this tree?"

Firebolt trotted a bit faster and into the area. She noticed everypony setting up. Realizing she didn't bring anything to set up, she decided to stay a bit out of the way. Trotting over to a near-by larger tree, she put her saddlebags down, before noticing Dreamwish struggling. Walking over, she asked. "Need any help?"

''Hey! Need any help over there?'' Splinter said while trotting over to help Dream along with Firebolt. ''I mean, I'm not the strongest Colt in the world, but I can try.'' Splinter said while blushing slightly. ''Cause hey, if some other Colt can do it. So can I?'' Splinter said.

''Luck must be my worst enemy at this moment in time. I mess up, I'm forever shamed. I don't, I win a mare. Time to roll the dice.''

Gears was busy hammering the support nails into the side when Electro asked.

"Erm.... I.... Well..."

Electro seemed like a big helper, and he actually thought that helping Dreamwish would help his standing with Electro.

"Uhhh.. Sure, I'll help..."

He quickly finished hammering the nails in and trotted over.

Gears wasn't fond of Dream and would much rather be in his tent watching his portable TV, but hey, this might be his only chance at love.

For all I knew it could be in the middle of the forest, not on a mountain side! Ugh...sorry for my little whining thing. Lets move this tree." She told them as she pulled.

Shade was trailing behind everypony as soon as they stoped and started to set up... She plunked her bag down and sat on it... She wanted to talk to somepony... But she was too shy to walk up and start talking. So she just colected rocks and made a fire pit... Then got some branches and put them in the pit

Thunder looked over and actually cracked a smile, which was pretty rare for him. This was his time to shine. It sounded kind of pathetic now that he thought about it, but moving heavy objects was kind of a specialty of his.

 

"Here, allow me to do it. In fact, you should probably just stand back and let me do it. Trust me, I can handle it."

 

Indeed, move it he certainly could. His massive body was good for something after all.

Firebolt grabbed the tree, and began pulling. She wasn't very strong, but tried her best to help, using her wings to propell herself backwards. Why on earth did she have to pick such a big tree. Or have a hammock for that matter. Firebolt thought to herself while pulling.

"actually its only a cliff. But other than that I think it looks scenic. A look over the villages below and the rivver that flows. Looks nice." Electro Dash said between every pull of the tree. "and besides its near a cave and a mountain the other way for you adventurers." she took a step back when thunder said he could hanle it, and then went and handled it. "Hey your pretty strong actually. Thats impressive." She went back the site and began setting up her tent.

"Sure.. What do you need me to do... Oh.. Hold on!!!"

Gears galloped over to his tent and grabbed an ax and a shovel, and galloped back to the tree.

"I thought you might need these...."

He looked at everypony struggling and sort of snickered.

For some reason, other people's suffering amused him.

Dream pushed each tree into position and then starting setting up her hammock, Right after she, Firebolt and Splinter finished pulling.

 

"Thanks guys, now I can relaxxxxx." She said with a whiff of air. "I'll make sure not to owe oyu by the end of the night. Or by the end of next month, or the next month. Probably the latter."

"No problem." Firebolt said. She didn't mind helping other ponies, but generally wasn't the best at it. Firebolt trotted back to where she put her saddlebags. Opening them, she shuffled through them, pulling out a blanket and lying it down on the ground.

"Great... Yet another person in Equestria who hates us...."

"Eh, the more the merrier, positive!"

"Urgh..."

Gear's subconscious was fighting yet again. He just let it happen and yelled over to Splinter.

"I'll be needing that thing back when you're done..."

He smiled evilly and shook his head, brushing his smile off.

"Done? That was fast... Can I have my ax back now?"

after  few minutes of struggling like crazy to read and setup the tent,Electro Dash just threw the instructions on the ground. "BUCK!" she yelled. she then noticed that gears had his tent set already, so she went up to him. "hey gears. you seem to be good with tents. can you help me please?"

"Huh...oh, uh sure! I can help!"

"You bucking moron, you don't know diddly-squat about camping!"

"Leave him alone, it's his true love!"

"True love, my flank!"

"Just shut up and go argue over the half-bottle of water, you twits."

His logic had finally stepped in, and ended the fighting.

"So...Erm... How do I..."

Since Thunder didn't have a tent, a hammock, or even a blanket for that matter, he just set down his pack near where they were pitching their tents. He was used to sleeping on hard ground, it was bracing.

 

"I don't have anything to set up, so does anybody need help?"

''Here's your ax.'' Splinter said while handing his ax to Gears quickly without even looking at him. ''Do you guys wanna tell scary stories? I've ran out of good ones to tell. So if anyone has any, feel free to tell them! I'm really desperate for some fun. It's not like I'm not having any, though. I'm having truck loads of fun.'' Splinter said sarcastically.

Firebolt looked up hearing Thunder's voice. She shook her head, and went back to tending with her things. She didn't bring very much, as she generally doesn't need to bring much, but she couldn't help but thinking she underpacked a bit. She didn't bring much but the blanket.

Gears looked down in shame and embarrassment.

"It was an automatic tent.., I invented it..."

He kicked his hooves on the ground akwardly and walked away slowly, straight into his tent.

"Ha! I told you all this was a bad idea! But nooooo, you all have to go all lovey dovey!"

"woa woa woa!" Electro Dash dashed in front of Gears. "so you built a self assembling tent? as in you push a button and it just builds itself. And YOU invented it? That is..." she ran and hugged him. "amazing! I never knew you INVENTED stuff! Why did you not say so earlier?" she said, still hugging him.
