Shade yawned once more closed her eyes and fell asleep, for once she felt warm, happy, and loved. She never expected this but she loved every second of it.

 

And a first in a long time, she was sleeping in her changeling forum, in the presents of another pony. It was awesome!

Dox kissed her cheek and smiled, saying, "Goodnight, cutie pie. Sweet dreams." He snuggled in closely to her and let out  sigh of happiness. This was the happiest that he had ever been in his entire life, and he didn't want it to stop. He slowly closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep.

Gears moved in a bit closer to her.

"Well, at least your dad was there. My dad was usually off in Saddle Arabia finding some golden artifact or snoozing it with the mares."

Then he considered the last part of her story.

"So you had a special somepony or he was just a friend? And you adopted a child? Whatever happened to them?"

Electro Dash Blushed "no. I've never had a special somepony before. In fact i never thought about it until you came along. And uhh my daughters doing great. She's in collage now. Or last she told me, because i only saw her last month after 5 years in prison."

"We have a lot more in common than I thoughy. I've... I've never had a special some pony either. Although I have thought about it. A lot. And she's in college? That's nice. I've always considered Rhonda my child. And how come I'm making you think about love?

*Do I risk it?* Dashie began thinking *what if he thinks I'm rushing things? what if that worries him? No, I'm going to just have to take the risk!*

She faced Gears and placed her forehooves on his face. She lowerd her head and took a deep breath to shake off her nerves. She raised her head and looked him in the eyes.

"because I love you."

She leaned forward and kissed his lips, with a good amount of passion.

Gears eyes widened in surprise. He had never felt such ecstasy before. He soon closed his eyes slowly and put his hooves on her back. He did his best to try and kiss: He had never kissed anything besides his pillow.

Rhonda looked over and blinked.

Dashie flinched slightly at the touch but got used to it as she put her own hoofs around his neck.

Gears smiled on the inside. He really liked this mare. He slowly slid out of the kiss and looked her in the eyes.

"I... I love you too..."

And then on, Gears dream of being rich and famous and a PlayPony faded to being rich and famous and being with his newfound love forever.

He kissed her again.

Dashie began to smile herself and hugged him. "thank you." she looked over his shoulder to the camp site, still embarrassed that she had went and kissed him. "shall we go back? We don't wanna be tired now do we?" she said, trying to contain her happiness. She had somepony! Her first sompony! How could things get better?

"Ummm.. Well, I had went on the caves to look for something, but... I... Well, I suppose Rhonda can find it herself. I suppose he can't get into that much trouble. Alright, I'll head back... But maybe I should help you set up your tent. That is, if you want me to..."

Dasie giggled as she went for the exit. "mmmm. no. I think i'll sleep under the stars tonight. Perhaps you could join me. I'm sure you would like that." she tried to be as herself as she could but just couldn't resist childishly squealing to herself as she walked.

It took Gears a while to decide, and even longer to figure out what she meant.

"Oh, Erm...."

'Go, Fears, it's your only chance.'

"Okay. I'll go."

He galloped after her and walked along with her.

Rhonda galloped happily with Dream and Splinter, until he looked back.

shade woke up, she looks around and gets out of the cot, she yawns * oh that was the best sleep iv had in along time*

 

she walks over to her rock and picks up her shell armor, she gets her wings in place and slips it onto her back. 

 

she looks at her sattlebag that had nothing more than apples in it. she eats one of her apples and sits by the fire pit.

Dashie squeed and put a wing around him. "you don't have to you know. But it can be so cold outside at night." When they got to the site she went over to her sleeping bag disappointingly. "Awww. hey does your tent support two ponies?" she asked Gears.

((OOC: I think that i'm thinking that Gears is thinking that Electro Dash wants to do "things" with gears. Is that what he was thinking?))

Gears thought about it.

"Well, I designed it to hold me and Rhonda, so yes. But I thought we were in a sleep in your tent... Oh well, I don't really care. It's still over there, and hopefully it hasn't exploded it anything..."

Gears pointed over to it and slowly began to trot, just not wanting her to stop holding him.

Dashie shrugged. Nah. no point setting up my tent now! becuse then we would have to read the instructions, and get the parts," she yawned sarcaticly "and put the together, and check we done it right. Boring! hang on a minute while i take this suit thing off." she dashed into his tent and zipped the door shut, before taking off her suit She reopned the door.

"ok! Just can't sleep in that thing is all."

"Oh, okay.. Might I say, you look beautiful..."

Gears was very bad a this whole relationship thing, and was just trying to get the hang of it....

"Alright, I'll meet you in there."

He galloped into it, and there was a huge mess all over the floor. There were machine parts, sap, motor oil, and several types of bodily fluid on the floor. Gears almost panicked and picked it up as fast as he could.

Dashie backed up a little at the mess. While it wasn't something that shocked her terribly she wasn't a fan of such things.

He yawned once again and grabbed he blanket from his pack of stuff. He grabbed Leonard from the floor and got onto the bed.

Dashie looked at him "cm'on now you know there is room for two there." She lay down next to him and gave him another kiss. "see? room for two." she gave him a smile and buried her muzzle in his shoulder before going to sleep.

Firebolt chuckled at his uncertainty. What's with him anyway? He seems so tense. Firebolt thought, before brushing it from her mind, continuing to walk to where she thought the exit was. "Now. You did remember where the exit was, right?" She asked, without turning to him.
