Cloud smiled at Nidal as she walked with him, he approached the store clerk as he finished his conversation, "Umm, hello" said Cloud as he turned around, "Well howdy there! Ah don' recognize any you folk, ya must be passin through! Well mah name is Braeburn, Braeburn the fifth! Ah am pleased to make yalls acquantences, how c'n ah helps ya?", Cloud smiled at the warm greeting and continued, "Nice to meet you too, I'm Cloud, this is my... marefriend (Girlfriend) Nidal, we are looking for directions around this place, perhaps some kind of church or chapel nearby?". Braeburn scratched his head in thought then replied, "Well, there is tha ol' chapel up on Orchard Hill, its a ways away in tha center of our apple orchard... well... whats left of it anyway. But its all run down now, nopony's been there fer... shoot longer 'n ah c'n remember. But hey yall, b'fore yall go on to whatever business ya may have, might'n ah intrest you ta our little town git together? Yall seem like a nice bunch an' would seem yall might enjoy yerselves". Cloud thought a moment, it could be a chance to stock up again, perhaps find some things we could use for defense if we need to, seeing as Nidal is the only one with a weapon, "We will think about the offer Braeburn, and thank you for the help" he then walked with Nidal back to the group...

After finishing his window shopping, EB walked back to everyone else as well before asking, "So how did it go? Find anything out?"

"There is an old church in the middle of their orchard... and we've been invited to a town get together..." replied Cloud, he looked to Nidal, seeing what she would say about the invite...

Nidal began to think about the party and what it would entail. "Well, it would help us gather information about this town and whatnot, but it would also slow us down. Hmm... well, what other pros and cons are there?"

"It could let us stock up on more supplies, and perhaps other means of defense for the others. As of now your the only one with a weapon, not including those two who have their elements" replied Cloud, then in a whisper he added, "It could also be a morale booster for us... Im not sure you noticed the little 'message' carved on Lightning's foreleg? It could be for the better that we go to this, if only to raise our spirits"

Nidal nodded, confirming that she had in fact noticed them. "Then it's decided. We'll go to this event thing. When is it?"

"This afternoon, at sunset" he answered, "plenty of time to find the element first". He then turned to the others, "Are we ready to go? It seems we have a little hike before we get to the chapel so make sure you are ready to go".

(I'm going to bed now, having trouble staying awake, post what you can if you want and I will get to this tomorrow).

Nidal let out a fake gasp. "A hike? You can't be serious. I'll never be able to fly up that. I'm ready to go whenever."

 

Crystal created a staircase with her magic, one that extended two steps below and above her current ones. She climbed up around ten steps and then back down. "And I can just turn it into steps."

 

Void grinned when he saw the town at the horizon. He would get there soon enough. He continued along the path he was taking, following the train tracks.

"Well, if you guys are ready," began EB, "then I'm ready."

Cloud chuckled at the sarcasm, then headed off toward the orchard, "Well come one guys, if we want to make this party or whatever it is, we need to get a move on to find the next element".

"Right, let's get a move on, then," EB replied as he followed Cloud.

"Yes. lets go! I cant wait to see more of this fasenating place"

The group walked into the orchard, a very vast field full of apple trees, most were dead or dying though. Cloud and Nidal led the group, walking slightly farther ahead since Cloud had questions to ask Nidal, "So... about what happened with Lunar back at the station... any specific reason he did that?" he asked curiously.

 

(Be ready Electro, whenever Linguz posts, I will have a scenario for you to show generosity before we reach the chapel)

"We dated for a bit some 20 or 30 years back, until I left him when I saw he was deceiving me and other shit was going on behind the scenes. I'm unsure if he felt anything for me, but looking back I don't feel anything for him."

Cloud nodded as she explained this, "Well, what is in the past stays... thank you for being honest, and no matter what he does, I will never think bad of you" he smiled at her as he said this. As the group walked, Cloud and Nidal didnt notice two other ponies, a mare and her filly, who were searching for any apples amongst the dead trees. Both Mother and daughter looked half starved, and very weak from hunger. Nopony saw the two as they walked, except perhaps for EB who was nearest them...

(Now remember, Cloud is the one with the food supplies in his saddlebag, so EB probably needs to go to him first... dont fail this generosity scenario EB lol

Oh and Linguz, I honestly expected you to type something like that so it all works out haha)

EB couldn't help but notice the two ponies trying to find some apples to eat, and they looked rather hungry at that. With a worried look on his face, he walked towards Cloud and, without asking, took a few apples out of his saddlebag as he began to hurry back to the mother and daughter. *Sorry about that...* he thought. *But I can't let these two go hungry anymore...* Upon getting close to the two ponies, he spoke up, "Um... Hello there..."

Cloud looked back surprised an was about to call out to EB, but he then saw the two ponies that he was approaching with the apples, a look of sympathy came across his face...

 

The mother looked at EB as he approached, protectively scooting her filly behind her as she nervously looked at EB, "Wh... What do you want?" she shakily asked...
