"Come on in, then! We just had a break through with the Elements of Harmony! I'm Loyalty and this is the rest of the gang. We just discovered Respect and Devotion. Storm Cloud felt as if the Respect element was literally pulling him. "Woah wait a minute, I think one of the Elements is mine! Its that one. And hey everypony I'm Storm Cloud!" He walked up to the golden yellow element and asked "Which element is this one?"

"That's Respect. Welcome aboard our new club! The plan is to overthrow the Queen at her masquerade ball. She won't recognize us because she doesn't know that the EOHs change color. She also doesn't know that there's 2 more! Splash's a Queen's Favorite, so she invited us and will pay for our costumes. Just decide on an animal to masquerade as!" Quinky replied energetically.

"I was originally striving for Wonderbolt but this is wayy better, aight I gots me the Element of Respect. Anyways, overthrow? Count me in, I'd do anything to get the queen out of here. Hmmm, now which animal to masquerade as? I can be a bear! Or a wolf! Yesh, a gray wolf. That's perfect." Storm Cloud was pumped up for the fact that he'll take part in overthrowing the queen.

"I do, well, I think, my element necklace's color is cream white, like my coat." Ramona answered. Ramona felt idiotic, she new she was probably an element, but she new hardly anything about the elements of harmony, and only knew 1 fact about it, the old element-wielders names.

Anywho, Ramona, you should try the other necklaces on. I bet the book could summon them. Just try to listen for calls," Splash said. "And it is getting late. Maybe we could get fitted for our outfits tomorrow! Just remember everypony: the theme is animals. Think of your favorite animal that you want to masquerade as." Splash said.

Anyway, I think that the Elements only work when there's conflict. We ought to have saddlebags with us to keep them safe at the party cuz it might be too dangerous to wear them. Or I could put a spell on them to make them invisible for a short while."

"Delia's lion...Ace's dog...Clover's cat....I think I'll be a dragon. Us Favorites are supposed to have royal significance, so that'll suite me. What about the rest of ya'll?"

Clover wrote busily on a parchment roll with a quill. "Meeting in the park tomorrow morning, early," she muttered as she wrote. She then pinned it to her bulletin board.

 

"If I don't do this, I'll probably get lost in spell creating and I'll forget," she explained to the other ponies.

Splash finished writing and smiled up at the other ponies.

"Alrighty! I will see ya'll tomorrow, then. You all need to have your animal of choice by then, for those who haven't decided yet. I will see you all later! G'bye!" Splash cheerfully lefted. She trotted happily home, but when she got there, a changeling messenger awaited her.

"Queen wants to know how many friends you'll bring," it relayed.

Splas smiled.

"Eight," she replied.

Delia turned and approached Ace. "Just to double check with you, I am allowed here for the night? If this is correct may i ask where i am to sleep?" Delia said while being as respectful as possible.
