well, i just had a bath because i needed to cleanse myself after... that. i do not know what a warming pad is, so we most likely don't have one.

you put it in the micro wave, then apply it to the desired point when it is heated up, its rather effective if you ask me, i recommend buying one

you don't know how to make tea? boil some water and add the tea bag, cover the cup for the infusion to take place, wait for 5 to 10 minutes and there's the tea XD

 

but you really need to be careful what tea you're making, don't go for a strong one, like black tea, just a soothing tea for helping you relax
