Don't beat yourself up over it though. Okay, so you ate some food that you knew would probably fuck over your stomach, that doesnt make you an idiot for it.

Go outside and read a book. The open air will calm you down, the book will focus your mind, and the solitude will improve your mood.

 

At least, that's what I would do.

I'd recommend curling up inside with a book or something you enjoy doing. Solitude is hard to achieve outside in a lot of places, you also have to deal with the weather.

With weather like mine, it's almost always a bad idea to go outside. It's always cold, freezing in fact. I'm just fine staying inside covered in warm clothes and blankets.
