More like this: the left and right monitors are divided into two sections each and the middle one is left undivided, giving me five sections to work on. If I'm not doing anything important, all three monitors are left undivided.

Persistent and annoying (but not life threatening) pain. Best I find out what it is beforehand before I shred a tendon into confetti, and that was the problem: I'm bumping a tendon and if I keep doing that, I'll probably shred it into pieces at worse.
