Make a new folder some where to put the emulator and make a separate folder for the roms right next to it. put the roms in their folder still zipped up. Install Project 64 into its folder and run it. Click "File" and click "Choose Rom Directory..." then select the folder containing the roms. It now has a list of your roms. Double click one to play, you will have to set up the controls to how you want them to work on your computer. When the game is open click "Options" and then click "Configure controller settings..." and you can set them and save them there as a profile in to switch between.
