Probably not. Starshine only drew my OC because I won a number guessing contest. Can you draw? If you draw Starshine Haste, Shiny would probably draw something for ya.

i'll try, but i'm pretty dang busy as of late, what with college in the morning and work from 1:15 to 10:15 at night on three nights a week... and i rarely get to a normal computer. you know that, Berry!
