I have the odd feeling that the name change time limit is bugged or something...

I changed my name starting up on a fresh set of changes on the 10th of November.

I used them all up, but didn't finish until one day until the time would reset.

Now its saying that Nov 27 is the first name change and that I've already used 2 of the three for some reason.

Well, actually it works that way. You changed your name on 28th Nov and 9th Dec, you will have to wait until 28th Dec and 9th Jan to get those two chances replenished
