what happened to you that sounds awful!

Insane nosebleed. Now my bathroom and bedroom look like a crime scene.

Did you break it or something? Banged your ahead against something?

The capillaries keep on re-rupturing for some reason...

Well a huge nosebleed like that surely isn't normal, so I'd definitely go to the docs about that one.

 

Other than that, one thing that I know causes nosebleeds is when the air is dry. So maybe consider a humidifier of some sort, or something to keep the humidity up.

I live in a desert and I don't have a humidifier...?

That might have something to do with it then.

 

Any time I get nosebleeds where I live, they tend to occur at the driest parts of the year. 

 

Maybe you could even leave like a bowl of water out in your room somewhere, and let it evaporate on its own.
