Arcane shrugged and walked into the room that was supposedly hers. "I don't know if the stairs would be any better, but okay" he said and looked around the apartment. It was a lot different than the houses in Equestria. This place seemed to have a lot less colors strewn about. There was a bit of color here and there, but it wasn't the main attraction. "Are all apartments and houses this... colorless? I mean, of course everything has a color, but... its all dull compared to where i live" he said, trying not to be offensive.

 

Emily shrugged. "I 'ave been meaning to get some color in 'ere but school and work...well, its not much of a job but still, both 'ave been quite time consuming. Would you like some tea?" She asked, putting the tea kettle onto the stove.

 

"Oh, right. It's just down this way." He led her a bit further down the street and they arrived at the restaurant. "I don't know what the equivalent of chinese and thai food would be in your world, but I think you'll probably enjoy this place. It's one of my favorite restaurants." 

 

Star followed Liam into the cafe and smiled...it was very fancy and the food smelled amazing. "This place looks wonderful." She said, smiling at the pretty waitress who had just walked over. "Hello. Table for two?" She asked, picking up a couple menus.

"Wait," Clare said. "I'll show you." She walked over to the sofa where her bags were piled; she hadn't yet got round to unpacking. Clare rummaged thru one of them for a while, finally unearthing her laptop. She took it over to Diliges and after inviting him to sit down on one of the armchairs, fired it up. She searched out part two of the episode "A Canterlot Wedding" on youtube and showed it to him.

 

"There," she said. "Those are changelings."

 

Diliges sits as he is invited to, giving the laptop in her hands a curious look. He watched in silent fascination as the big black bit of the device lit up and displayed many different colors. He watches as she types in the URL and searches for the Canterlot Wedding episode. Diliges raises an eyebrow at he reads the name, "She knows about Canterlot...?"

 

The Changeling watches as she skips to a point where his kind are fully shown. Diliges chuckles, pointing to one on the screen, "This thing is incredible... See that one there? That's me!" He says, leaning closer, "Not sure why we look so... cutesy. But what I'm more curious about now," Diliges sits back, looking Clare in the eyes, crossing his arms, "Is you. You obviously know about Canterlot, and Equestria, otherwise you wouldn't have been able to show me this. And also, how does that thing work? Is it some form of 'human' magic, that it can draw moving pictures from, what I would assume, is an alternate dimension?"

Star followed Liam into the cafe and smiled...it was very fancy and the food smelled amazing. "This place looks wonderful." She said, smiling at the pretty waitress who had just walked over. "Hello. Table for two?" She asked, picking up a couple menus.

 Liam nodded and they were quickly led to their table. When the waitress asked what they wanted to drink, he ordered two of their specialty orange ginger ales. After she left, he turned to Star. "I don't know if ponies have ginger ale in the first place, but this place has this crazy orange ginger ale cocktail that's one of the best things I've ever drank."

Applejack sat beside her on the couch, looking on the moving-picture-box intently. Lots of colors moved across the screen until she noticed something. Her eyes went wide. "What the hay? That's me!" she exclaimed, leaning forward to see better. "And Big Mac! And Applebloom! What's goin' on, Sammy?" She was shocked. Had somepony been watching her?

 

 

"Well, you see, there's this lady named Lauren Faust, who pretty much thought up the whole idea for My Little Pony. She... Well, long story short, they made this show. It's supposed to be complete fiction, but I guess, according to the multiverse theory, if you can imagine it, there's probably a universe where it's true."

Angie looked over to Catherine after she sent her and Twilight's message, "Oooh, so you're the one who found AJ! I assumed it was Jack."

 

She shrugs and sits back in her chair, glancing around the cabin before looking back to Cat, "Twilight had a dream, or something, that told her where Applejack was. Pretty simple, really."

"So I'm guessing that dream told her where the others are?"

"So ya'll ah sayin'...some lady made a show about me and mah friends?" asked Applejack. "Whoa...Uh, well, that certainly looks like me. Ah guess I am the Applejack ya'll thought I was." She leaned back on the couch, dealing with all of this new information. "Uh, thanks for showin' this to me, Sammy."

He didn't want to decline hospitality just because he didn't like tea. "I would also like to start trying to find out why i'm here. Its not everyday that you appear somewhere else" he said and sat down (somewhere? The room wasn't described, so its just a simple 'sit down').

Angie shrugs, "Actually, as far as I know it only showed her where AJ and Rainbow Dash were. The NSA guy over there said that there's another one somewhere in Scotland I think, and that there are even more just spread around the States and Canada."

 

Clare thought about this, then replied, "Actually, this is a show made by a company called Hasbro and was thought up by a woman named Lauren Faust. This," she indicated the laptop, "Is a computer. I can use it to access the internet."

 

Clare carefully logged out and shut down the laptop, then sat back, folding her arms. "You say that you're a Changeling," she said. "If so, you won't mind me asking you to prove it."

 

Diliges gives her a scrutinizing look, "Are you really sure about that? Maybe this 'Lauren Faust' woman hasn't just seen a portal into my world?" He chuckles, shaking his head, "Doubt it." He stops for a second, considering what she said, "Inter...net," he says slowly, "What's that exactly? I know that we Changelings have a Hive Mind through which we can communicate," He points to her forehead as he speaks, "Do you humans have some magical web inside of you that allows you to see the pasts of other dimensions, and can only be used through these 'computers'? Or am I just reading to far into this..?"

 

Diliges chuckles, standing from his chair when she challenges him to prove his being a Changeling, "Very well. Normally, I don't like transforming into females. Last time I did that, things got real strange, real quick. But, moving past that..."

 

He observes her for a second more before closing his eyes and clasping his hands together. In the space of three seconds a green, mist-like flame appeared at his feet and launched itself up his body. After it clears, before Clare stands... well, another her. Diliges, now resembling her, smirks, speaking in her voice, "Is this proof enough?"

 

He releases the transformation, returning to his original form and sitting back down, one eyebrow raised questioningly.

"Wow," was all that Clare could find to say at first. She stared for a few minutes, then spoke again. "I believe you. Could you tell me how you came to the human world, tho? You can stay here, but in the guest room, mind. I'm guessing you don't have any more clothes of your own. I could buy you some, from a charity shop or something like that, cuz I don't really have any money to spare."

An excited look came across Catherine's face. "Oh, Canada, huh?" Aah! Il ya une chance qu'ils parlent français. She quickly took out her phone and sent a message to her sister, saying that they would be landing in several hours and that they picked up Rarity and Twilight.

Diliges can only manage to chuckle at her astonishment, "Glad to hear it!" He says, when Clare states she believes him.

 

"As for how I came into this world? I am not fully sure, though I think it had something to do with my Queen's spell." He goes on to explain the situation that ended up landing him in the human world, ending with, "As far as I know, I am by myself here. I am pretty confident, however, that my Queen, my CO (commanding officer. Cicada, since she outranks him) and perhaps at least one of the ponies was sent here as well."

 

Diliges gives her a somewhat surprised look, before nodding, "I will accept the offer, thank you."

 

The Changeling glances down at his attire, not really having noticed it till now, "If I am to use this, and her, as an example, I would have to assume that all humans wear clothes on a regular basis. Good to know."

 

He continued to look it over for a few seconds. Torn jeans, a shirt that resembled his coloring back in Equestria, a torn jacket, which he could only assume represented the Changeling feature of those cursed holes, and what he recognized as heavy boots. Diliges looks back to Clare, one eyebrow raised, "More clothes? What's wrong with what I already have?"

"We'll be landing in San Diego soon," Tyler shouted to the cabin, "fasten your seatbelts, people!" The plane began to descend onto the San Diego runway, where they parked it at the business terminal. Everyone got out of the aircraft, but getting rides and places to stay were still tasks at hand.

"The Cruze only seats 4 passengers," Jack said, "How about I take Cat, Twilight, and Rarity back to Cat's house to see Applejack?"

Rarity thanked Charles for the gift, and kissed him. She then remarked, "I must confess, I am looking forward to seeing Applejack again! Yes, she can be uncouth and unmannerly, but I've really missed her these last few weeks!"

Catherine, Twilight, Rarity, and Jack got into the car, and headed out to Catherine's house.

"I wonder how Applejack is hanging in there," Twilight asked Jack.

"I just saw her the other day, and I'd say she's doing pretty fine. She definitely misses her home. I would too if I were in your situation." Jack put the car into 1st gear, and pulled into Catherine's driveway. The two human ponies got out of the Cruze, and ran up to greet Applejack.

"APPLEJACK!" Twilight shouted, "IT'S BEEN SO LONG!"

“I am going to be at the Marriott Hotel, so if any of us going to hang out come by there or call me on the cell phone too.” Then Charles blushing to Rarity kiss as he get into his corvette then drove off to the Marriott hotel while looking around and then thinking about something. As he got to the Marriott hotel since he order a sweet for 8 days as he arrive there and then the bell hop grab his suit case. Then he enters into the hotel while greated by the desk clerk and smiles to him.

 

“Ah Mr. Roberts I presume, your sweet is ready like you ask and you already pay for it over the phone and just sing your name since you staying with us for 8 days.” Desk Clerk saying.

 

“Thanks also I got some couple friends of mine may come by the hotel looking for me, just tell them that I am in the Penthouse suite and it Jack or Logan group.” Charles saying.

 

“Ok I will let them know if I see them.” Desk Clerk saying 

 

Then Charles, the Bell hop went to the Penthouse suite as they enters it have everything including a Big Screen TV, A Wi-Fi for his Laptop computer and a King Size bed. Also a Jacuzzi tub with Jets and bathroom too. Outside a Pool, other room a Training Room with Punching Bag and treadmill also weights too.

 

“This is nice, also a tip for you bell hop and keep the change.” Then Charles give the Bell Hop a $200 Bill as he smiles and walk away happy too while Charles went to the bed and lay on it.

He gives the group a small two fingered salute, as if saying 'see ya', and began to walk towards the rental stations, saying something quietly in Cherokee, and Ulysses bound after him, slowing to a trot alongside Logan. Angie waved to the rest of them and followed him.

 

Ten minutes later, Logan pulled out of the station with a Dodge Charger, much like his from back home. He sighed, tapping his thumbs on the steering wheel while he waited for an opening to pull out, "Of course it's nowhere near as powerful as mine.. But.. It is a rental after all, so what do you expect?"

 

Angie chuckles at him, leaning her seat back and reaching her arms up over her head, scratching Ulysses, "Think you can handle driving something without that engine?"

 

Logan shrugs as he pulls out, "I think I'll manage... Eventually."

 

(OOC: Fun Fact: Dodge Chargers utilized by the Police can reach speeds exceeding 150 mph. And they just look freaking BA, hence why they are one of my favorite cars.)

He gives the group a small two fingered salute, as if saying 'see ya', and began to walk towards the rental stations, saying something quietly in Cherokee, and Ulysses bound after him, slowing to a trot alongside Logan. Angie waved to the rest of them and followed him.

 

Ten minutes later, Logan pulled out of the station with a Dodge Charger, much like his from back home. He sighed, tapping his thumbs on the steering wheel while he waited for an opening to pull out, "Of course it's nowhere near as powerful as mine.. But.. It is a rental after all, so what do you expect?"

 

Angie chuckles at him, leaning her seat back and reaching her arms up over her head, scratching Ulysses, "Think you can handle driving something without that engine?"

 

Logan shrugs as he pulls out, "I think I'll manage... Eventually."

 

(OOC: Fun Fact: Dodge Chargers utilized by the Police can reach speeds exceeding 150 mph. And they just look freaking BA, hence why they are one of my favorite cars.)

Logan felt his phone vibrate, but waited until he reached a stop sign to take it out and toss it to Angie, "Could you answer that for me?"

 

Angie sat up, taking the phone and reading the message, before typing out a reply, "Not quite yet, we're still searching. How're things going with AJ and the others?"
