(Hello, everypony! Time to make a Spy-like entrance.)

 

The doors to the council room opened, revealing a tall changeling wearing a cloak emblazioned with a large, red I on one side, followed by two others carrying various materials-one a scroll identical to the one the guard was carrying, as well as several more.. He bore a mischievous smile, and looked at everyone inside. He bowed his head. "Gentlecolts."

 

(Cue Meet the Spy music. )

"I knew I could leave this to you" The Darkness gathered in the room once more. "Now that the town is ours, we can move more openly, but now Celestia's army now has a target to hit. I want my army to stay together, but it's better to keep Celestia on her hooves. I want you to take a team and head to the Evergreen Forest. The elements of harmony should be there, unless she moved them to Canterlot. I would like you to see if the elements are still there and to take control of any small towns one the way, but if the royal guards try to stop you. Let them win. Your main mission is to get to Evergreen forest and find the elements."

Jake stood up. "Thy will be done milady." He said before walking back toward the mouth of the cave and toward the town. "Hehe, it's starting to get fun to talk like that." He said to himself while entering the village. He found his crew. "Alright, everyone get a good nights rest! We'll be moving again tomorrow!" The winter cold was starting to get to all of them. The war was taking its toll. Their were so many recruits that there was no one left to wrap up winter.

Addem bristled slightly, then relaxed. "Oh, what's this? Another member?" He chuckled, spotting the scroll. "And one with information on Avolon, it seems. Excellent." He looked around at the group. "We were just heading out, I believe. You've heard the distress calls from our tactical settlement, no?"

"Indeed I have." He nodded. "And I do hope you forgive me for being late to the party. There was something being attended to. My... superior wanted me to sign all the paperwork." He sighed and shook his head. "Ah, well." He bowed to the others. "My name is Moon Crypt, Lord Inquisitor of Luna's service... though if I use that title anymore now, it will probably get others rather suspicious, no?" He stood up straight and looked at the others. "So... were we heading out?"

the winter storm what she and Avolon had caused was now stopping. At least four to five inches of snow had fallen.

"I guess we really over did it" she said to the guards she had with her. she took a bite from her muffin when a third guard had entered the inn.

"Milady i have orders to tell you that tomorrow morning you are to go with Jake on a mission"

"Wow either Jake or Nightmare moon thinks we are some elite group that can do anything" she held the muffin in front of her. 

"Well if i have to get up early i might as well go to bed now"

"Good night" she told them before heading up to her room.

Darkshift glared at this"How can we trust you?"Darkshift was extremely suspicious of Moon Crypt"I mean you're a changeling,ponies and changelings haven't had good history to say the least"Darkshift pondered the idea of an untrustworthy changeling recruit before he stopped and asked Moon Crypt"Why was you with Luna not Chrysallis"

 

 

He smiled. "I was abandoned at birth and taken in by a generous pair of ponies. Don't ask me why, despite all of my authority, I have yet to find the answer." He shrugged. "Then the Inquisition treated me like a regular pony when they chose me to join- more or less. I guess Karma saw the advantages to having a shapeshifter. Let me tell  you, you aren't the first skeptic of my loyalty. In fact, there were a few that were much worse. If you want proof of what I say, I can get the Grand Inquisitor down here in an hour or two to vouch for me, perhaps? But do we really have that time?"

Civil gave a huff as he turned back to the other ponies, tapping his hoof against the floor a few times before speaking. "Well, right now.. We need to focus on helping Princess Celestia. We arent even out of the castle yet, so for right now, dont worry about the small details." His face had become more serious in that sentence, but went back to its smile soon after.

Civil waved to a few other ponies that were in shops around the castle's shopping area as he spoke back.. "Well, it seems that there is a dangerous Alicorn out there other than Princess Luna named Avalon. So, in to restore order we need to take down Avalon and confront Luna. Both things are very dangerous and we havent a clue of where to start, but there is a village that was pretty worn around where a few of the Night Princess' agents are. That is where we head there first, then go from there."

"Another evil alicorn? There seems to be too many evil alicorns." He shook his head. "That seems like a good idea. Do you perhaps have any pictures of the agents in question? That might help our cause, being able to actually identify them." And allow me to infiltrate their ranks, he thought, but he didn't say it out loud. He didn't want to upset his companions, and at least one of them were suspicious of him.

Darkshift turned his head to the changeling and sarcastically claimed "Sure,we have in depth analysis of every pony inside Luna's ranks"Darkshift mocked before turning serious"They are probably in the uniform all Luna's soildiers are in"Darkshift showed him a picture of a uniform"This should be enough"Darkshift claimed before warning the changeling"You remember I will be watching every step you make from the highest cloud above the location,one false move and I'll know"

 

Moon Crypt smiled. "Unfortunately, Mr... Darkshift, is it? No, you are incorrect. As a member of the Inquisition, I will be the one watching you for betrayal." He smiled and nodded before casting the side aura that allowed him to mimic clothes, copying the uniform- although not a perfect copy, what soldier in the military wore perfect armor? Except for generals. But generals will be generals. "Alright. Through all the reports that I have read on this, I have yet to learn this place's name. Do you know?"

A figure walked in the snowy night. Ears twitching furiously as he walked, he tried to remember the directions Luna's messenger had given him. He looked around aimlessly as he walked, his odd, completely grey eyes not searching for anything in particular. He had found the inn. He came into the inn and was stopped by two guards. "My name is Echo Sights. I wish to see Miss Snowy Storm." He flashed the guard proof that he was loyal to the moon princess and proceeded to Snowy's room. "Um, hello? Miss Snowy? I understand how late it is, but i need to speak with you. My name is Echo Sights and I was told you would be the nearest loyalist when i came here. I was also told to join your little task force." Echo pondered whether he should go into the room or not when he heard hoofsteps.

Snowy was resting her down and was just about to fall asleep when she heard a voice at the door. -I should just pretend i'm already asleep- she thought to her-self. -But that would be rude- With a loud sigh she stood up.

"You know you could have left a message with the guards" she said under her breath. she shook her mane and quickly passed a brush through it.

"You may enter I suppose" she opened the door to a gray stallion with a black mane, But what got her attention were his gray and hollow eyes. -He must be blind to have eyes like that or just have the traits for it-

"Well you should know this isn't my task force, it's Jack's. I just follow orders. You should speak with him, but i'll be willing to answer any and all questions you may have"

"Oh, I wasn't highly informed of what was going on here. I just came to where I heard the first pony. Since I'm here I guess I'll ask if you know what we're planning to do as our next action?" He gave grin to a table next to Snowy. He frowned, twitched his ears and then gave the grin to Snowy.

"Were you grinning... at a table?" Snowy said trying to hold back a laugh "No I don't know what our next move is. Jake will tell us in the morning. As I said before I'm just a follower, not a leader." as Snowy thought about what to do with Echo she remember something that she had to do.

"Before I trust you with any thing important, how did you find us and why are you here. I wish I could trust you, but you never know who to trust now a days"

Echo showed the same ID that he showed the guards to Snowy. "One of Princess Luna's messengers came to me and informed me that my talents would come in handy for your cause. I've been a Luna loyalist for quite some time, I understand the trust issue." He then remembered what Snowy had first replied with. "I don't think that first question really needs an answer. I could tell by the way you seemed slightly uncomfortable that you know I'm blind. I just needed to readjust my echolocation is all." Echo made sure to twitch his ears before flashing a smile at Snowy.

"Take your time" Avolon says apering in the doorway "we need more ponys. so what can you do besides use echolocation or what ever you call it. Can you use a sward or use magic." Avolon says "oh and to you Snowy I think there is a place where we could set up an ambush on Celesta's ponys"

"Well Sir.. actually I didn't catch your name. Anyway I also have very keen hearing. For example, I know the general location of Princess Luna right now just by hearing her shuffle. As for magic, I attended Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns before I joined Luna's cause. So my magic is advanced."

"Good it will be good to have another magic user" Avolon says "also if you need some help with magic I would be willing to train you with the steps and how to use the sight spell it is very hard thou" ((OOC: the sight spell allows the user to mentally see where ever they would normal be able to see Like a telescope))

"I intend to make good on my promise to the team if you wish you may lock me up again. As much as I don't like being sedentary I will never break an promise" Avolon says

Addem chuckled, impressed. "Impressive. Tell me, could you shift into somepony you had only seen in pictures? If so, this ability could be more useful than we thought... As for the name of the village, I believe it's a small settlement called Haywater." He looked around at the company before adding, "Let's go."

"That's quite alright sir, I can see fine with my talent." Except for two dimensional things, but he didn't think that needed to be mentioned. After all, why would he have to look at something two dimensional? A map maybe, but he could just follow the others. "What do you mean sir? What's going on?" He didn't understand why this alicorn was being locked up.

It is very logical I teliported in here, I am an alicorn that claims to be an ex-apprentice of Nightmare Moon and nightmare moon does not recognize me and I have a relic amulit from the Canterlot archives not to mention on the last mission I accidentally almost killed a team mate. So until I gain there trust I am going to be locked up." Avolon says
