Oh my gosh, I love it! Thank you so much Zhooves! She looks perfect. The expression is classic Blue Note, the colors look great, and the cutie mark is fantastic. It totally blows the drawing I did of her out of the water. =P

It felt good to draw a little again... Though I felt a bit slow, but that was because I was a little picky~

I think one of the hardest parts was coming up with  a mane-style... I had to think a little to not make it look exactly like Carrot Top/Golden Harvest and such, so I made it slightly different, and added a couple of locks that formed a note by the ear (as you probably see~) - the tail was inspired from another request I had  not too long ago (at least not on my scale)~

Due to lack of major characterization from the last roleplay, I'm giving him more character development this time around with him dealing with emotions he never felt in his entire life. He'll be dealing a lot with the struggles from his failed romance with Neon. I'm not trying to turn him into a cliche'd romantic. Rather, I'm trying to bring out his reflective and emotional sides, with him realizing money, fame, and success isn't everything in life, rather, it's true friendship that is the meaning of life, in a similar vein to the show itself.

If you would like, I would LOVE to do a quick sketch on what Evening's wedding dress could look like. (Like what I did for Kismet) Perhaps Evening describes what type of gown she would like to have in the next post and then I could try to sketch something out?? Only if you would like. I thought it might be fun, and a picture always helps enhance the story.

I'm so glad that I get to do another pony sketch! It'll probably be pencil and paper, but I'll try to make it look a bit better than the one I posted earlier. (Just a bit too messy... ) Anyways I'll start working on it right after Evening describes the dress that she wants. Then I'll design it and post it when the focus is back on Kismet.

As a corollary, who else feels a bit like the Fellowship after the Ring is destroyed? There was a time when our posts flowed into each other, we had interpersonal witty banter for crying out loud! Now we are all scattered and our posts are hardly one story vision.

Believe it or not, I was just watching that movie the other day.

So.. I tried to draw Evening's sister, Autumn Glow. Of course, it turned out like a pile of.. manure. The first pony I ever drew was actually better than this, and this is FAR from the first pony I've ever drawn.

The only reason I drew this is because I just wanted to give a looksee on her Mane, Tail and Cutie Mark. I don't have any good colour pencils anymore so I didn't even bother.

Yeeeaaahhh. The only thing I'm really proud of or think was good at all was the mane. I really despise drawing pony bodies, and eyes, and ears and everything bloody else, but I tried and I've got a looooooooooooong way to go until I start getting better and/or finding a style that I like.

Well, we currently all are still going our separate ways. We haven't all truly got together as a "Fellowship", if you will. A good adventure should fix that!

But it's for the symbolic importance! It makes perfect sense considering how dark the roleplay will become. I have an idea on a theme and motif for the roleplay. I'll let you know about it if you agree Maggie :3
