OC sketch for Sky Song. by far my favorite one so far!

ok this was a fun drawing to do, sky song asked me to "wing it" and draw something new but with my own style and flair. this drawing was so much fun, not only because i got to go with the flow and draw from my heart but also because I RECORDED MY SELF DRAWING SKY SONG!!!! WOOOT! MY FIRST TIME LAPS YOUTUBE OC DRAWING!!! if the lighting good will shine down on me i will have the vid up buy later to day and will update this thread! 

 

 

i was inspired for the expresion by this song http://youtu.be/a5jEiTlH-Mw?t=23s. the whole time i was drawing this song was playing on repeat for over a hour! ! but it inspired the, "im so happy your here" look.

11/10 That is a grate peace of work I like all your pencil drawing   and how you give the image a 3D effect with your shading keep it up can't wait to see your next picture.

thanks, i really like how she came out, i have always been a big fan of the short cut manes on mares and this one flows very well with the design. she was alot of fun to draw!

Shading Is flawless. Something I think you could do and I would live to see is multiple shadows for different light points on 1 pic. And that right eye has a really fat lower eyelid.... But best yet I agree.

Pony has only one ear, and the lower eyelid on the right side is too puffy, makes it look like someone just rocked him in the face.  Other than that, it looks very good, shading is excellent and the detail especially in the mane and eyes is great
