Dimensia grunted in pain as sole's headbutt cracked his skull, causing blood to pour down his face, but instead of yelling in pain, Dimensia merely began to chuckle, "nice headbutt...but I'm afraid this fight is over now you feathered fuck!!" Said Dimensia with a malicious grin before opening his mouth and regurgitating a massive green snake, which proceeded to bite sole on the neck.

Vain scoffed and jumped back, dodging both of their attacks, but instead of retreating further, vain grabbed both rainbows and swordpoints weapons with his bare hoovs and yanked them together, making them both slam into one anoather, vain, laughed then proceeded to jump into the air and fire a sphere of black magic at them.

Swordpoint glanced up at the ball of black magic, and he hastily wrapped his wings around Rainbow and disappeared with a crack. He reappeared ten feet away and stood up. "You believe yourself to be invincible, do you not? Well I shall prove otherwise to you." He rocketed himself toward Vain, but he feinted a stab with his lance and teleported behind Vain to stab him from behind.

 

Rainbow forced herself to her hooves. "Oww..." She shook it off and watched Swordpoint  before dashing upward. "Swordpoint, I have an idea!" she shouted. She flew in circles rapidly, creating a tornado that would likely suck Vain up and send him crashing into the walls.

Dimensia screamed in agony as the burst of chaotic energy exploded in his mouth, sending him flying more than 15 feet away, smashing him into a rock. After a few mintues, Dimensia got back up, a good portion of his jaw was now missing as he glared at sole before unleashing a spray of acid from his mouth at sole.

 

Vain cursed and quickly used a spell to block the tornado, but wasn't fast enough to block swordpoints attack, thus allowing the lance to pierce straight through his back. Vain coughed up a pool of blood and began to glow wotj an azure light, "if I can't kill you with my skills...THAN I SHALL USE MY OWN BODIES ENERGY TO DO SO!! DIE!!" Said vain before hisbody began to glow, ready to explode.

Swordpoint's eyes widened. Acting quickly, he darted toward Stone, wrapped a hoof around her, and then teleported to Rainbow and wrapped his other hoof around her. He then teleported another time, reappearing just outside the volcano. He quickly landed on the slope that led to the opening and released Stone and Rainbow.

 

"Whoa," Rainbow said, her mouth agape. "That was kinda close." She turned to Stone and frowned. "Are you alright, Stone? You've just had this kinda shocked expression the whole time."

Iron chuckled quitely, "well...if you insist..." whispered iron before flying off his hoovs faster than thought possible, raising his hoof to hit cosmo with a right hook.

A large cloud of blue smoke appeared before Iron attacked, clearing to reveal five Cosmo's having dodged in each direction (left, right, up, down, and back wards). The grinned in unison before losing their Altair's to almost skin Iron's back and the leg he attacked with, "How does someone you size struck so swiftly? Telekinesis? Magnetism? Perhaps Umbra is lending you his magic? Stop me if I get it, I'm simply curious. Perhaps I could learn something from your technique."

Iron glared deeply at cosmo, "well, since your so curious, my speed comes from maginitism, many things will work, belt buckles, bracelets, swords...it doesn't matter, as long as its metal then there's no target I can't reach, so that sword of yours won't exactly help you against me..." said iron with a sadistic smile before magnitising his way towards cosmo and punching him in the gut.

 

Vains explosion was so powerful that the entire volcano errupted with a thundering boom.

Recognizing their pointlessness, Cosmo dismissed the other clones but retained the blades, holding on to a fake so Iron couldn't magnetize himself with it. "So, with my sword hovering over there, what metal with you base your power on now? These blades I'm wielding are magic, not a bit of metal or electricity to cling to..." Cosmo asked, before launching the five blades to strike Iron.

Screamed iron in pain as all five swords pierced his vital organs and skewered him. Iron fell to his knees and coughed up a pool of blood before glaring up at cosmo weakly, "you won't kill him...no matter how many powerful crewmembers you have...you are all destined to die by master umbra's hoovs...hehehehe...ugh..." said iron quitely before his head slumped down and he died with a cruel smirk on his face.

 

Crimson merely had his hat tilted low over his eyes, "ok, he's dead, now let's get moving and find the others before they run into more of umbra's minions...I just hope their stay qui-" BOOM!! An ear-shattering explosion interrupted crimson as the volcano erupted, crimson sighed, "so much for that brilliant plan, let's get going..." said crimson.

The purple flare was Lyth's magic, and I'm worried she's in danger. I'll meet you on the center island, and Altair confirmed your ship is there. Lyth cast some runes on it and we can feel their energy."

Sole attempted to dodge the acid, but it caught his left wing. With a roar of pain he lunged at dementia and tackled him out of the air. With poison flowing through his veins, and his wing damaged by acid, he couldn't last much longer. With a sigh, he summons a dark katana "this... is gonna finish it." He said, as magical energy surrounded the blade. But sole quickly sheathed his weapon, seemingly doing nothing. But as he turned to leave, thousands of slashes and cuts appeared on dementia. "Your finished." He said calmly, as he ran toward the volcano.

Cosmo was getting frantic, unsure of how long he could hold himself up or if Lyth was safe. Then he saw her message, and Altair was able to locate her. Within moments, Cosmo was making a slowed fall to Luth and Max.

The moments before his hooves were on the ground, Cosmo dropped down, ran up to, and embraced his marefriend, "Thank the night, you're safe! I saw your flare and immidiately assumed you were in danger. You're not hurt are you?"

Shit, he landed. Now we're all stuck here. At least I can see him again! How are we going to get out now? "I'm fine, just tired. And lost. I tried to fight the hedges and lost." Swordpoint and Rainbow gasped in unison. "We must fly! Now!" Swordpoint shouted. He grabbed Stone's left hoof, while Rainbow grabbed Stone's right. They took off from the volcano with blinding speed and noticed the purple smoke in the sky which spelled out a message. "Rainbow! Look! That is surely Cosmo! I can feel his energy radiating from it!"

 

"Then let's get over there!" Rainbow called. They flew in the direction of the smoke, and Swordpoint sensed Crimson as he neared it. He pointed toward the ground, and Rainbow nodded. They descended and landed near where he had felt Crimson, and the two let Stone go.

 

"Crimson!" Swordpoint called. Swordpoint could feel him, but he could not see him. "I know you are here! Please answer me!"

Sole ran quickly through the large dense forest, carrying nothing but his sword. He could feel his wing burining with nearly unbearable pain, but he ignored it and continued. He was fading fast, he had to get to his friends, and he had to make sure stone was okay. He began to run faster.

Crimson sighed in relief as hè heard swordpoints voice, "that's good, now we almost have everyone back together...and once we do, I'll take us to a port to get you fixed up...ok twinkle?" Asked crimson in a concerned tone as he half carried, half dragged an injured twinkle, he had found her near the mouth of a cave, half dead an starving to death, with dark nowhere in sight. Crimson cursed, "they must have been through a trial but it seems that only twinkle survived...but just barely..." thought crimson before he walked towards the sound of swordpoints voice, after a few minutes more of walking, crimson eventually found swordpoint, dash and stone all waiting for him, he smiled and began to drag twinkle towards them, but before he could go any further, a mysterious pony, cloaked from head to hoof in black, wearing a white mask, jumped infront of crimson. The figure chuckled darkly, there was somthing familiar about his voice that crimson could've quite put his hoof on, "I am number 0 my name is not important, what is important however is that I kill you and your freinds here and now..." said the figure before rushing to attack crimson and twinkle.

 

((Trust me, I know this all seems really sudden, but trust me, the truth behind this attack will blow your mind!))

Subconciously sending him the memory of Max dropping his knife right before a battle, she sent him a stream of magic about as powerful as getting hit by a lightning bolt. And that was before she remembered to restrain herself. The link was broken almost instantly after that, then tentatively re-established, with more of a trickle.

He was relieved that they were finally found but at the same time, he couldn't help but feel he was still in a bit of danger. "Thanks. I'm fine guess." the stunned pony uttered. "You said you knew how to get back to the ship?"

Swordpoint immediately teleported between Crimson and the attacking pony, blocking his advance with his lance. "If it is a fight you wish for, look no further."

 

Rainbow leapt toward him, swinging the dagger wildly at the pony's backside. "You're goin' down, buddy!" 

 

Swordpoint forced the pony back with his lance and plunged it at his chest. "How dare you threaten my brother? You will discover that I am a very dangerous stallion to cross."

Number 0 merely chuckled and teletported behind dash just as she attempted to stab him, grabbing her by the back of the head and slamming her head into the ground then leaping up and grabbing the shaft of swordpoint's lance before pulling on it, bringing swordpoint with it he then quickly kneed him in the face and roundhouse kicked swordpoint into a tree. Crimson growled angrily and rushed at the mysterious pony with a flaming hoof, ready to punch number 0 in the face, but just as he did so, crimson noticed a small amulet around number 0's neck and stopped dead in his tracks, his eyes wide in shock, "that gem...it can't be!" Thought crimson in shock, giving number 0 enough time to hit a pressure point on his neck, paralizing him and causing him to fall to his knees, "if your gonna kill me, do it now...just let my freinds go..." hissed crimson through his locked jaw. Number 0 laughed in a dark tone, "kill you? Oh on the contrary, I'm not here to kill you...not before I make you watch as I kill your freinds first that is...I think I'll start with that half dead mare over there..." said number 0 with in an unnaturally deep voice, it was almost like he was using a voice changer. Crimson's eyes widened in horror as the mysterious pony stalked towards twinkle with a dagger in his hoof, "no please, stop! Please! Kill me instead!" Said crimson desperatly, his body quickly returning to normal, but not quickly enough as number 0 quickly used the knif and stabbed twinkle in the chest, awaking twinkle and making her cough up some blood, before giving crimson a frightened and regretful stare before her eyes closed once more, her death approaching fast. Tears streamed down crimsons face, "NOOOOOOOOOO!!!" Screamed crimson in agony and rage before his body returned to normal and he teleported infront of number 0, tackling him to the ground. 0 laughed and calmly turned his head in swordpoints direction, "YOUR brother huh? Well then, who am i supposed to be?" Said 0 kryptically before removing his mask to reveal a black furred, blue maned mare with red eyes, "hello big brother...father sends his regards..." whispered violet rose cruelly before holding up the strange amulat and dissappearing in a flash of light. Crimson stood there, frozen in utter shock and horror at the events that just took place, after a few moments of this crimson stumbled over to twinkle in time to see her give him a sad look "I'm sorry...I couldn't help you save her...its not her fault...and it isn't your fault..." said twinkle weakly, her life fading quickly, but crimson barely heard her, he was too shocked to respond, all he could do was cradle twinkle's head in his arms and cry.

 

((DUN DUN DUUUUN!!! Plot twist! Hate me later guys, just play along for now and trust me, everything will make sense soon, also, don't say that dash or swordpoint somhow heal twinkle, she was stabbed for plot reasons...so there's nothing you can do...its almost endgame everyone...))

Swordpoint stood shakily and made his way to Crimson. "... I am sorry, Crimson. I..." He glanced at Twinkle's wounds. "I cannot help her. It looks like Violet pierced her lungs." He helped Rainbow up, and she walked over to Crimson.

 

"Crimson..." she said quietly. "It wasn't your fault, and I hope you know that." She put her hoof on his shoulder gently. "We're here with you, and we're going to help you save her. Whatever that sick freak did to her... we'll fix it."

 

Swordpoint placed his hoof on Crimson's other shoulder. "She speaks the truth, brother. We will prevail together. And as for Twinkle... Umbra will certainly answer for her death. Whether his death be by my lance, or by your sword, it will certainly come swiftly."

 

Swordpoint suddenly sensed Sole, but Sole's energy was distressed and chaotic. "Forgive me, but I believe that Sole is in peril." He gave Rainbow a nod, which she understood at once to mean "stay with him." He propelled himself along the ground with his wings, moving toward Sole's energy.

Swordpoint came to a screeching halt as he spied Sole. "Oh, my... Sole! Are you alright?! What happened?!"

Swordpoint stood shakily and made his way to Crimson. "... I am sorry, Crimson. I..." He glanced at Twinkle's wounds. "I cannot help her. It looks like Violet pierced her lungs." He helped Rainbow up, and she walked over to Crimson.

 

"Crimson..." she said quietly. "It wasn't your fault, and I hope you know that." She put her hoof on his shoulder gently. "We're here with you, and we're going to help you save her. Whatever that sick freak did to her... we'll fix it."

Cosmo looked over and gave Max a wicked grin, "Yeah, the same way I got here." A blue flash later they were all propelled into the sky, Cosmo guiding them to the others who he saw nearby. "That'll save my strength for later," he thought as he gently placed Max and Lyth back on solid ground.

 

Cosmo became worried when nobody noticed their entrance, and his fears were answered by Twinkle's corpse. "What... the buck... happened..." he uttered in shock.

( Damn! Nice work on unexpected events, I didnot see that coming... Well, i already said this but i feel like repeating. Swordpoint isnt the only one who's taking shots at Umbra, and if he reincarnated through his minions, Cosmo will want a few rounds with him too!)

Crimson laid on his knees next to twinkle's body, tears streaming down his face as he cradled her head in his arms, "violet...violet happened...she came and killed twinkle...my own sister just came here...and murdered my oldest friend in cold blood...she didn't even hestitate...she even laughed...SHE LAUGHED!!" Yelled crimson in rage and pain, his body shaking with anger.
