Oh man where do I begin, N64 is my childhood, and man the memories that are overflowing me right now...

 

Super Mario 64, seriously, one of the best games ever, it defines 3D Platforming brilliance in a way only he himself could ever match with Sunshine later. Level design was top notch, the music, the atmosphere...damn

 

Diddy Kong Racing, best Kart racer ever! Mario Kart 64 is good too, but DKR trumps it completely in course design, single player, variety, and controls.

 

Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-tooie, DK64, Rayman 2, just some more amazing platformers

 

SUPER FREAKING SMASH BROS, first in my favorite fighting game franchise, although it is severely outclassed now by it's sequels

 

Zelda Majoras Mask and Ocarina of Time, absolute epics, few games at the time could match the sheer content and sense of adventure they gave

 

Paper Mario, the first in my favorite RPG series EVER

 

Goldeneye and Perfect Dark, the pioneers of FPS games in their current format

 

Mario party games, awesome multiplayer, countless hours spent with friends playing these games

 

Starfox 64, Rocket Robot on Wheels, Mystical Ninja, Extreme G, F-zero X, MIscheif Makers, SOOOOO MANY GREAT GAMES

Obviously Ocarina of Time even though I could never beat it when I was a kid (damn you water temple) but I probably sunk the most time into Mario Party or Mario Kart.

My family actually opted for the Playstation instead of the N64, so I didn't get to experience the N64 goodness till I bought my own (after the Game Cube had been out for a while). Out of the small handful of games I've managed to get my hands on since then, my favorites by far are:

 

Ocarina of Time

Majora's Mask

Star Fox 64

Jet Force Gemini (can't believe nopony's mentioned this awesome Rare title yet)

Super Smash Bros.
