I need someone that can make a cutie mark for my OC FlareShocker

 

Description of cutie mark: A Red Cloud with 4 Flames coming out on each side.

Im sure other ppl can do better work,  its just  playing around with GIMP mostly and I like to make things.

Well than we balance, I cant draw worth my life but i can wallpapers/graphics a bit!
