gaming Similarities between Portal 2 and My Little Pony

So after playing Portal 2 for a little bit, I noticed that Wheatley and Space Core were sent to the moon. Now this, I find, is a similarity between Portal 2 and MLP, as Celestia sent Luna to the moon because she was corrupted with greed, as in Portal 2, GLaDOS sent Wheatley to the moon because he was corrupted with power. You guys see the similarity?

Well I suppose you could assume a vague resembalance from the two, but I don't really think that it was intentional or that its really super similar.

 

Technically Wheatley and Space Core where just sent to float around in space, not specifically to the moon. Celestia specifically sent Luna to the moon due to her corruption. 

 

Wheatley and Space Core were just sent to float around in space, but it wasn't banishment really and not to a specific planet really(Unless I forget portal 2's ending to much).

I do know this does sound far-fetched, but isn't it possible that the Space Core could actually be Rainbow Dash? The main reason I think this is possible is because they are both into adventuring. I also think this is a possibility because they say "Oh my god" almost the same amount of times. I do think that VALVE maybe put in an easter egg. I also think maybe the fact sphere could be Twilight, because they are both intelligent. Do you guys agree with me? Or does this sound too far fetched?

Yeah, I see it. It took me longer than it should have for me to notice it though. Of course, it does make for some pretty awesome crossovers.

In my opinion, I think Pinkie Pie and Space Core are similar in their hyperactiveness. As for Rainbow Dash, I would pair her up with Adventure Core, simply because of their love of adventure. I think that Twilight would be Chell...but in the core family, I would say that Twilight is Fact.

It all makes sense. She was in spcae, technically. And she didn't become insane while she was there, so I assume she had fun there, exactly like the Space Core.

Eh, I highly highly doubt it, its a pretty far fetched idea. I mean the similarities between Rainbow Dash and the Space core are very very small. I mean heck you could say I like adventuring and also say "Oh my god" the same amount of times and call me Rainbow dash, but you just need way more info and similarities then that.

 

 

Also Twilight and the fact sphere being related simply due to being intelligent is wayyy to vague, both comparisons are just not supported enough to draw any conclusion that they are related.

 

There are plenty of people who are intelligent in the world, and in TV shows. Are they all secretly Twilight? no, because it takes more similarities and info for that to be the case.

 

Plus I don't think Hasbro is in any form of partnership with valve, and valve has no real reason to reference MLP, or I don't know if they would frankly.

 

If they do, its not this, because its simply to vague, having two things in common or 1 thing in common doesn't make 2 characters the same.

 

So sorry, but this is a bit to far fetched a conclusion.
