I really don't have a love life so besides the something bad happening to me tomorrow part, this really doesn't affect me

I read a fanfic about my favorite cartoon pairing where the girl asked the exact same questions to the guy, and he responded the same way saying no, but then he told her some really romantic things instead of telling her to walk away. I was crying
