Back when Newgrounds was big, saw plenty of parodies, mostly of Zelda and Mario. A Real Legend is the only one safe for work enough that comes to mind, but most of them were NSFW . But damn, all of the, were funny as hell

Yugioh the Abridged Series holy trinity of Lady Gaga songs. My favorite is a tie between Pharaoh's Throne and Leather Pants. 

Marik’s parody Villain was great. I need I can be your villain baby on a shirt. Honestly just about all of the Yugioh abridged series songs are great. 

Shadyvoxs version of Stronger as Jaden Yuki was really good.

I'm surprised there's no mentions of Weird Al, especially since he's a canon MLP character (which still blows my mind). If I had to pick a favorite parody song from him it'd definitely be Amish Paradise, followed up by Eat It.

I've always enjoyed Rucka Rucka Ali's song parodies, but bare in mind, they can be rather offensive as they're song parodies based off sensitive topics in the current world like ISIS and whatever trending politics going on.
