I don't see why not. Ragestar lost to me in a previous tournament and he stayed on throughout the remainder of it. Actually participated in the endgame, too, which I think went well.

Well no, Rut-Lights monster (Midnight-Inferno) died, but Rut-Light vanished; he will return.  Just not as insanely OP like i thought i made him, but he will still be a threat, and a lot more silent.

The last tournament that I was in used a 24 hour rule where if you failed to reply within 24 hours, you automatically forfeited your match. I would suggest messaging the user first and then disqualifying them if they fail to respond.
