Well, either way, it hasn't happened yet, and even when it does, the memories won't be replaced with a PC.  ...though if I can figure out where to get them and prevent my PC from being a typical PC, then I can make more memories, I suppose.

Well, emulators exist for alot of the older consoles already, so you can play older console games on a pc.

 

and I'd still recomend a pc over a new generation console to a buyer any day of the week lol

Well, if you're referring to the NEW gen, then that makes sense.  Not on account of PC superiority, but on the account of the newer systems sucking hardcore.

For someone who posts on the internet, you sure do have a pc vendetta lol.

PC was superior to the last gen with ps3 and xbox 360 in terms of hardware, ease of access and online play. Not to mention that mods don't exist in current and last gen games at all, so their rpg's have a half life of their pc ports.

I just hate using a PC for gaming, based off of personal experience.  None of those "reasons" are relevant to me, except the ease of access, which is the complete opposite from what I've seen.

And you'd had the newer consoles then otaku. You have to install games just like a pc, maintain a constant internet connection just like a pc, and they break more easily than a pc.

For me, it's mostly Madden and Tomb Raider that I enjoy anymore... as well as Skyrim.  I have thought about getting Skyrim for my PC, to be honest, mainly because I want to see what sort of mods people have made WITHOUT relying on YouTube.
