I guess everyone deals with different things differently. When something annoys me I personally like to try to target the problem and talk it out. Sometimes I fight on Youtube comments (Please don't judge me >_<!) and you can definitely see this aspect of myself right now.

A new addition to the life advice section involves "venting threads" actually, so I think your situation would fit perfectly there!
