well, usually it's like this

 

morning =Annoying, waking up pretty soon(Between 2 AM and 7 AM), usually not much enough, soo probably fall asleep after time

during day = Not much, sometimes barely remember, that I have even those pain

evening = Getting more stronger and annoying again, feeling, to better sleep sooner then later, to sleep longer.
