I know. The last time I ran a virus scan, it took 5 hours, and made the computer lag like no tomorrow. I'm thinking about finding a new antivirus.

190821      Im using Avast. The boot time scan only takes about an hour or so. But you can't use the computer at all during it.

    Most antiviruses do. I've been using avast along with malwarebytes for a long time. That combo seems to work really well. Kept me out of trouble.
