I don't have a display any smaller except the old Dell display but that thing's in my closet...

 

I think the reason the UI is so big is because I've got it plugged into my TV. I took my main monitor to my work so I could have dual displays on my work computer and that's why the Dell is put up in the closet. I think that's something my GPU is doing...

Yah, I know, it's just the UI scaling that fooled me for a sec...

 

You can change the UI size in control panel though, by going to that 'Make text and other items larger or smaller' in that particular window, then setting the size at 100% scaling. You'll probably have to log in and back to see the changes though...

Everyone in my department got a week and a half off for Christmas and New Year. It sounds nice but I progressively stayed up later and later and got up later and later and now here I am. It's 12:30 and I'm still awake...
