I have been homeschooled my entire life, so I don't have much experience socializing.

I lived in the country over half my life, so I didn't have many people around me my age to practice on.

I have been moving from one county to another every 3 years for most of my life, so yes, I am afraid, that if I manage to make friends IRL, I will have to leave them behind.
