I think that I'm going to mainly just be talking in my head, I'm pretty sure that she'll be able to hear, so I don't particularly see why I should talk out loud; )

 

As for when I've made her, I'm not sure whether or not I'll actually say "I have a tulpa now and get name is Zyla'"but who knows

 

I hope that she likes the name Zyla' though

 

 

 

It's a bit of a complex process swirls, but mainly, you just start talking to them as if they're already there, and you keep doing it until they respond on their own
