String is a type of variable, representing one or more characters.

 

For example "string" is a string, but "2" can also be a string.

 

Adding 2 strings basically appends them.

 

So if I have two strings "2" and I add them together I get the string "22"
 

Thus, 2+2=22

There was a stream of the new Isaac expansion a few days ago, and of course the guy playing, Tyrone, spent almost half of it fiddling with music volume in the options menu.

 

 This is literally every new Isaac stream ever. They don't want you to see too much of the new stuff, so they annoy the hell out of you by playing terribly, and spending stupid amounts of time in menu's.
