I'd told you this before too Vinyl, you don't need to quote someone to make them realize you are talking to them.

You could just start your message with the persons name, or if you are the very next or second next post, just respond directly.

If you are answering from something a few pages back, or maybe if there was a big counting pause (like a few hours) before you posted and you respond to something a few posts back, then it is ok to quote.

Otherwise it is just annoying.

I've been scheduled a job interview, finally some progress
