Thanks @DasCapschen I've listened to it all the way through but I doubt it'll be stuck in my head as the mention that "Some of them have run to the hills" caused my brain to wander to

Nope, first time I've heard it. Just heard the lyric and it reminded me of RttH and as you mentioned it being an "ear worm" I suppose I was conscious of avoiding that, initially I was going to counter with Travelling in a fried out Combi, on a hippie trail head full of zombie

Seeing it was the Rednex, reminded me of their song "Cotton Eye Joe that was a bit of a hit in the UK, although until I heard the female voice I was questioning if it was the same group.
