well i thought you were talking about a more simpler desing but you still have to pay to have road replaced with this and it cost more to use this instead of regular road so its going to take 30 years i bet if we try

Well, what I'm thinking would happen is that  they'd start out replacing broken areas, after a lot of it's been replaced, they'd start replacing the rest of the road

 

In terms of price, they pay towards the cost of installation through electricity

 

 

 

And yes, it'll take time, but that happens with any major change

They actually did something based off of the energy output, and it shows that once every roadway is conserved to solar, it still produces three times the US' power output.

The LEDs and heating and stuff will use some, but I don't think it will take even 1 third of that
