"Her life experiences have been grim. She has seen more things of greater intensity than many that are several times her age. While she pursues her mission with dedication, her life experiences have made her tired beyond her years, and there are many times when she longs for a chance to live a normal life free from the events of the past 19 years of her life".

 

She is 19 years old right? I don't suppose she really understood what was going on when she was like 3-4 years old (unless you count years in age differently, or more according to animals). So is quite young to have become "tired throughout the years" (although that is subjective). Perhaps that everything she has been through is starting to take it's toll on her. 

 

"She does know a few spells that are quite amazing, considering that they haven’t been invented yes. They include embedding spells and magic in objects, and charging them to act as an external magic storage. This enables her to perform long range teleportation, but while it leaves no physical damage and doesn’t seem to damper her magic too much, it does mean she has to charge the objects up again. She owns a few more stored on a pipbuck she stole from an abandoned stable, but has never had the time nor the incentive to learn them. Besides long range teleportation, her only other skill is finely tuned precision telekinesis".

 

This here might be a something you could consider being a maybe when it comes to RPs. Often or not, the GM will consider what is available to RPers and whatnot. 

 

Otherwise this seems fine .

I did plan to rework the talents part and have several versions for different types of RP.
