So what does that mean?

 

well the narcolepsy make me fall asleep randomly with oiut knowing it but the hyperinsomia makes me sleepy all the time and sleep too much

so if i only had narcolepsy i would fall asleep randomly but not feel tired because of the hyperinsomnia i feel tired all day
