Kinda late here, but ... I don't draw much, myself (if I do it's on the computer). Tried it before, did bad at first but after learning a little trick I did a lot better, however I kinda felt like it was 'cheating' rather than actual drawing skill.

 

Like honestly, I went from this:

In a matter of days/weeks. I was using a sort of ... what do you call it ... 'skeleton' thing? Except I was doing it waaay too detailed, like tracing more or less, so it didn't feel legit. x_x (Though I will add that with the RD one, I moved the skeleton/joints around a bit from the original IIRC, so I guess it was kinda legit?)
