Weird rant here. You know what I hate? The tone of my voice. Or tones. I can't really notice them. So I can sound really angry, happy, sad or any other number of things and just not notice it at all.

When I was younger my parents would constantly scold me for "Using that tone". I was always so confused because I didn't know what they were talking about. My voice sounded normal to me.

Whenever I told them I didn't know what they were talking about they'd just keep telling me to watch my tone. But since my voice just always sounds normal to me unless I'm really trying to put emphasis on it I couldn't really do anything about it.
