A run from start to finish takes about 40 minutes to an hour and a half if you don't die. But every single time you play, you get different rooms, enemies, bosses, and items. Rebirth is coming out in less than two months, it has more than double the content of the original, it's going to be on the Vita so I can literally play it almost anywhere, and there's a full-sized DLC that's probably going to come out eventually...
