I mean, I've heard of them, but for some reason, never had the time to listen to them... *goes to YouTube* I fanboy over this band. I just bought the latest two Pumpkins albums, Oceania and Monuments to an Elegy. The original lineup broke up about 15 years ago so really it's just Billy Corgan and The Smashing Pumpkins is more or less a name these days. But he still writes good music. What I like about him is that he makes an effort to keep everything different. Not many Pumpkins songs sound that alike. I refuse to let go until you're impressed.
