i hope that one day we have Steam-wide support for Linux systems. I feel like the cost of Windows keeps a lot of people out of the PC gaming segment.

Right? And I didn't get to spend A LOT of time with Ubuntu, but it was hella fun to use it. I also think it's a damn sight prettier to look at than Windows.

 I'm fine with my Windows. I can use the internet, watch videos, and play the games I want to with it, good enough for me...Except when it decides it doesn't want to work right.

Seems like, there is a (Closed) shop in game, called "Trixies fine candies"

 

I see, after failing against Twilight both times, she leaved to a completly different universe and start making candies on a space station on a moon from Saturn ... guess now she is dead XD

Yeah, the problem with Linux is that to get some things to work correctly, you do have to do a bit of coding.

Wine is a bit iffy, but luckily, most programs have known ways to get them to run, for Steam, you have to do "wine path/to/Steam.exe -no-dwrite" in terminal and you have to turn off the Steam overlay for the games themselves.

As long as Windows continues to dominate the PC operating system market in terms of compatibility and stuff, I'd still happily use it. But then again, let's see how will our Lord and Savior GabeN do in the coming years when it comes to Linux compatibility...
